Hi, I’m Lisa Porter, founder of Walk Wisely into Wellness. I became a life coach after years of working through my own seasons of change—navigating health, relationships, and big life decisions. I’ve learned the power of slowing down, listening, and walking with intention. Now, I help others do the same. Through mindful coaching, we uncover clarity, shift old mindsets, and create a path that’s wise, authentic, and true to you.
